Application

Metal Deruster is used for the cleaning of aluminum floor plates, copper and brass fittings, wooden decks and the removal of lime after tank cleaning operations.

Directions for use

In most cases Metal Deruster is applied by brush diluted in solutions ranging from 10-50% and left to react for 5-10 minutes. Smaller objects can be soaked in plastic container. After cleaning, rinse items thoroughly with a water jet.

Paintwork

Dilute Metal Deruster 1 liter of product to 4-9 liters water, apply the solution by brush or spray using plastic equipment and leave to soak for 10-20 minutes. Rinse off using a powerful water jet with a brush, if necessary.

Tankcleaning

If lime scale stains are present after completion of tank cleaning operations, inject 0.3 -0.5 liters Metal Deruster per 100 liters washing water (0.3–0.5%) directly into the automatic washing system approx. 20 minutes. The recommended temperature is 75-85°C.
